Our incoming calls only phone is perfect for those whose intentions are good, but may call at inappropriate hours, continuously, or dial inappropriate or random numbers.

The dial-less phone lets your loved one receive calls, but not call out. This dial-less table top telephone serves as a safety feature to ensure that the individual will not make calls to unknown callers. Excellent for emergencies when you want to be in touch with the person or just the comfort of knowing that someone familiar will be on the other end when your loved one answers the phone.

ALL PHONES ARE TESTED BEFORE SHIPPED.
****YOUR HOME OR FACILITY MUST HAVE A REGULAR CABLE LANDLINE FOR THIS PHONE TO RING.

If the facility your loved one resides in has an automated internal phone system that directs calls, uses the internet for their phone system, or has another alternative to try to save costs on their phone system, this phone will not ring. There are no refunds on phones that do not ring because of the type of phone system in a facility. Please test the phone in your home - it will ring on a regular cable landline phone only.


**Please note this phone does not ring in Quebec; we have not isolated the reason other than the cable landline is different that what is compatible with a regular landline.

This is the third phone we've tried for my father in long-term care and it's a winner! Keeping connected to him has been very important to all our family but he was constantly getting aggrivated that the phones "weren't working." Sometimes he wouldn't hang them up properly or he'd try dialing the same number over and over. With this, it's easier to get a hold of him and much easier for him to hang up. Pricy but the comfort it's brought him and me is worth every penny.

This is a must have once Alzheimer's reaches that stage where confusion takes over. This phone has been a truly remarkable product and has helped me significantly. When facilities take your parent's phone away because they call 911 all the time, this is a life saver!
